The best way to reach hotels from the aiport is to first take the airport bus of Lufthansa and then transfer to a subway (U-bahn).
- The airport bus runs every 15 minutes, and it takes about 30 minutes to go to “Munich Nord” (10.50 euros)
- Once you reach Munich Nord (meaning “North"), you will find a U-bahn station “Nordfriedhof” near the bus top.
- Take U6 to the desired destination
- Universität if you stay in Munich. Buy a single trip ticket for 1 Zone (2.80 euros)
- Garching or Garching-Hochbrück. Buy a single trip ticket for 2 Zones (5.60 euros)
