Okay now I'm getting an error saying that
/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-cygwin/3.4.4/../../../../1686-pc-cygwin/bin/ld:
cannot find -lsrfftw_mpi
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [Gadget2] Error 1
I don't know what's causing that. Both mpi and fftw are installed.
