We have booked a block of rooms at some hotels in Garching and Munich areas.
Please book your accommodation directly with the hotels of your choice before the dates shown below, by quoting “LB-MPE” to get the indicated rates. (For Hotel IBIS budget, use the reservation number of 431885)
Most of the hotels require that the guests reserve the rooms from the block reservation via email, and it is not possible to get the conference rates via the hotels reservation system on the hotel home page. So, please use the link "EMAIL FOR BOOKING" indicated below to send an email request. (If the link does not work with your favorite mail software, copy the email address of the link and paste it in your mail to send a message to the hotel.)
The anticipated check-in and out dates are December 10 and 14, respectively. Any changes or cancellations should be addressed to the hotels directly by the participants.

Here is the list of suggested hotels. If you prefer hotels within a walking distance from the MPE, the hotels in Garching would be your choice. If you are a budget traveler, choose the one in Garching-Hochbrück. If you are, like, “Heck, I am in Munich. I will stay in Munich and enjoy the city too!”, then by all means stay in Munich.
