I created glass file by myself following the one question (that you taught how to create glass file) in this forum and feed it to Gadget4. It didn¡¯t work.

In principle this should work if you feed the glass file (which should have only positions initialized, and velocities set to zero) as initial conditions file to Gadget4, with NGENIC enabled and CREATE_GRID disabled. Have you tried this?
