Hi Brunetto,

I am also looking for a converter from the binary format (type 2) to
.hdf5. I took a look at the script in the attachment.

I was wondering from where could I get the kd3hdf5 python library.

I am actually just starting on my Master thesis and not very familiar
with all the astro related python libraries.
