Small bug in ngenic.cc (Gadget-4)

Dear list,

I have noticed that the function print_spec(), line 312 in ngenic.cc,
should be located before the line 306

if (All.PowerSpectrumType == 2) free_power_table();

to avoid an error when using a tabulated power spectrum to generate IC.
