TOPNODEFACTOR and co.

Dear Gadget list,

The criterion used to create new daughters TopNodes is based
on the number particles it contains, defined as being less
than :

All.TotNumPart / (TOPNODEFACTOR * NTask * NTask)

or (http://www.mpa-garching.mpg.de/gadget/gadget-list/0197.html)

All.TotNumPart / (TOPNODEFACTOR * NTask)

I fail to understand the origin of this choice, as well as
the value of TOPNODEFACTOR wet to 20 by default.
