Shock Tube

     Hi,

     I'm trying to run a shock tube, but I am not sure of the necessary
Makefile conditions. So far, I have been using -DNogravity, -DLong_x_y_z
and -Dperiodic, together with the recommended ones. Should I also set
-DSPH_BND_PARTICLES, so that the particles at the x-borders of the tube
act as walls?
