little h and vacum simulations

Hi,

I am running an isolated model galaxy composed of a halo plus a disk using
Gadget. I am using the units described in the Gadget manual, namely,
UnitLength_in_cm 3.085678e21, UnitMass_in_g 1.989e43, etc. The manual
says that the above choice sets the length unit to 1.0 kpc/h, etc., but
what does h mean in this context?
