typo in NOTYPEPREFIX_FFTW

Hi,

there has been a typo in pm_periodic.c/pm_nonperiodic.c in the symbol
NOTYPEPREFIX_FFTW. Instead of NOTYPEPREFIXFFTW it should have been
NOTYPEPREFIX_FFTW. As a consequence of this one could get a compiler
error when NOTYPEPREFIX_FFTW was used.
